UNIFA
In order to better meet the needs of industrial firms, UNIFA has instigated the creation of specialized structures to which it has delegated its skills in areas key to the profession, such as exports, training, innovation, etc. Each of these structures is composed of a board of directors and a president who oversees it.
CTBA - Technical Center for Wood and Furniture
CETIM - Technical Center for Mechanical Industries
UNIFA Technical Development Department
These structures:
- Help answer questions regarding technical data, standardization, regulations, environmental protection, etc.
- Allow industrial firms in the furniture sector to rely upon technical support in the areas of production, quality management, studies and product tests, etc.
- Make it possible for these industrial firms to perform mechanical or physical tests of their prototypes, etc.
